MEET THE MIXER
Linda Wetsch, aka Riverwoods
on mixingbowl.com,
our social networking site for foodies, enjoys any excuse to
gather friends and family. To feed a group, she puts together an
Italian-inspired sandwich. “Cut a large ciabatta loaf in half, then
fill with salami, pepperoni, olives, peperoncini peppers, sliced
fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and herbs of your choice,” Linda
says. “Finish the sandwich off by drizzling with Italian dressing
and you are on your way to a delicious outdoor feast!” Find
